Content as a Service for EEMAGINE 2026
A crew of trained young creators covering EEMAGINE 2026 end-to-end — pre-event buzz, on-ground content, and post-event storytelling that lives beyond three days in Chennai.
The Opportunity
EEMAGINE brings India's events industry under one roof. But the conversations, the energy, the ideas — they shouldn't stay inside the venue. Blend Crew turns your event into a content engine: interviews, social clips, podcasts, talent features, and real storytelling that drives registrations before and engagement after.
Not a production house. Not a freelance team. A trained, managed crew of young creators who understand both craft and strategy.
The Plan
Pre-Event · 4-6 Weeks Before
On-Ground · 07-09 August
Post-Event · 2-4 Weeks After
Content Formats
Not stock templates. Each format is designed to actually get watched, shared, and remembered.
Every panel, keynote, and workshop distilled into a tight 60-second video. The takeaway, not the recording. Made for Instagram and LinkedIn feeds.
Casual, moving interviews with industry leaders as they walk through the venue. No podiums. No scripted answers. Just honest founder talk.
A limited podcast series — 3 pre-event episodes on industry trends, 2 live recordings from the venue, 1 wrap-up with key takeaways.
Short profiles of standout event professionals — the lighting designer, the stage architect, the show caller. Humanising the people behind the events.
A physical + digital wall where attendees drop their boldest opinion about the events industry. Filmed, stitched into a montage. Pure social gold.
Each crew member documents one day of the event from their lens — the videographer, the host, the designer. Real, raw, relatable.
Proof It Works
Blend Crew's first cohort covered GAFX Bengaluru end-to-end — five student creators, zero freelancers, full event coverage.
Five trained creators from Cohort 01 managed end-to-end content for GAFX — from pre-event interviews to on-ground live coverage to post-event documentation. All project-managed through Creator Hub.
Two original documentaries: one on Bengaluru's resin art scene, another tracing the city's visual arts history from 1919 to now.
A pilot show exploring hidden Bengaluru — covering food, culture, and local stories the algorithm never surfaces.
A living typeface archive documenting hand-painted Kannada signboards — delivered as a coffee table book and postcard series.
The Blended Show 01 — a 5-hour graduation event with live voting, a panel discussion, and an original music performance.
How We Manage It
Every piece of content goes through Creator Hub — Blend's own project management platform where creators plan, track, deliver, and get feedback. No WhatsApp chaos. No lost files.
Every deliverable tracked from brief to publish. Real-time status for the full EEMAGINE content pipeline.
EEMA's team can review and approve content directly on the platform before it goes live.
All photos, videos, graphics, and raw files organised and accessible. Your permanent content archive.
Ready to Deploy
Six new creators joined Blend Crew in May. By August, they'll be three months into real-world creative work — trained, tested, and ready to cover EEMAGINE.
